Damaged or missing item on delivery
Products with a green indication are in stock.
Products with an orange indication are temporarily out of stock and are approximately in stock within 1 to 3 weeks*. Tailor made products have a waiting time of 4 to 6 weeks.*
Product wit a red indication are temporarily not available and not possible to order, until the indication changes to orange or green. Make sure you select the "keep me informed" option, if you would like to the first one to know when the product is again in stock!
The shipment of the products depends on the agreement between Nenko and designated reseller.

Damages and / or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the items on our website http://www.nenko.com/customer-service/warranty-en-repair,
after this time, we can no longer create complaint files.
