How about the washability of this bean bag?

The outer cover of the bean bag can be easily cleaned as it is washable up to 95 degrees and can be safely tumble dried.

How can the filling of the beanbag be replaced or refilled?

All positioning aids are easy to refill (required after 2 - 4 years of intensive use). Polypropylene beads do not accumulate static electricity.

How can the positioning aid be protected in the event of involuntary loss of urine

The PhysioTex inner and outer cover provide protection against incontinence (although they are water vapor permeable, moisture can penetrate over time). To provide extra security, we recommend using a moisture-resistant underlay. The outer cover can be disinfected, wiped, removed and washed at temperatures up to 95 degrees and is suitable for use in the dryer.
