The jellyfish remain floating at the top of the aquarium, what is the solution to make them circulate again?

There are probably air bubbles under the jellyfish heads. Try moving the jellyfish with a stick or pencil to move the air bubble underneath so that they start circulating again.

The jellyfish stick together at the bottom, how do I get them moving again?

You can add a drop of dish soap to make them less sticky and circulate better in the flow.

Does the water of this aquarium need maintenance?

Yes, like any product that uses water. Make sure that the water does not stand still for a longer period of time, to prevent legionella. Change the water regularly to keep the aquarium clean and use demineralized water to prevent scale build-up.
