Retention period up to a maximum of 10 years after the end of agreement / order.
Personal data of prospects and non-active clients:
Company name / organisation, first name, surname, address, telephone number email address, communication and information recorded in the ERP system (AFAS Profit).
Retention period up to a maximum of 2 years.
