Experience-oriented space
In this room the intention is that the client gets the feeling that he is walking in a park or forest environment. We brought the outside inhouse, so that the client can move safely and independently in the ward, without getting a "locked-in feeling" with the doors closed in the ward.
By placing wooden benches and plastic oak trees in padded bases, you can sit around or under the tree, among all kinds of other decorative elements.
In addition, the client has the option to cycle a "trail" on an exercise bike or a modified home trainer, where a projector projects appropriate images.
Full-color floor stickers and photo panels have been used within this space to create a real outdoor environment. These are made to fit the room exactly. Another unique element is the one-way vision film on the doors, where one can look through a window on one side. Perfect when you need to be supervised from a central room or office, without having to feel viewed.
