Try the following solutions first:

1. Check the adjustment valve: Make sure the adjustment valve is not fully closed. The air valve is located as a dial at the front of the bubble tube and can be adjusted by you.

2. Wait after switching off: When you switch off the bubble unit, it may take a while for it to release bubbles again. This is because the pump has to push up the air and water stuck in the pipes. Check if you hear the motor sound to confirm that the pump is working.

3. Check the adapter: The pump may have burned out due to using the wrong adapter. Make sure you use the original adapter with the correct technical specifications (AC / AC current).
