Simply push the paper or card along the base until it is in place and then push the "T" shaped lever down to cut. The scissors have rounded ends for extra safety. The bent spring will automatically reopen the blades, ready for the next cut. Supplied in a handy zippered pouch for easy storage. Recommended: for use with one hand; for children and the elderly with poor hand control; for children and the elderly with a weak grip and vibration.
