FAQs Time Timer pocket

The red disc stopped moving.

If the red disc on your Original Time Timer (including Pocket, Medium and Large) stops moving, try the following:
1. First, check if your timer's battery is new, if you haven't replaced it recently.
2. Then turn the red disc clockwise from 0 to 60 and then back to 0, preferably using a small air pump or air spray, such as for cleaning keyboards. This will remove any dust or dirt that may have become trapped under the disc.
3. Make sure the white side is under the 3 placement holders (top left inside) to prevent buckles from blocking the disc.

The clear plastic button used to set the Timer came off

worries! This is easy to fix. Take the clear plastic button (or another very lightweight button) and superglue it in its proper place.

Ensure that no superglue gets on the red disk or the timer face, as this could disrupt the timer’s movement.
