This bead waterfall is designed for all ages and offers a unique experience for everyone, including individuals with sensory or motor challenges. The wall is suitable for both home and professional environments, such as Snoezel and therapy rooms. The combination of light, colour, and movement stimulates the senses, promotes relaxation, and enhances concentration, making it a valuable addition for those with sensory or motor difficulties.

The fibre optic spray depicted in the images is not included, nor are the water. For wall mounting, the following items are required:

Drill for making mounting holes
Approximately 50 litres of distilled water (10 cans of item 14316052)
Two competent persons for proper assembly and installation (see manual)

What is the difference between distilled water and tap water?

Although this product can be used with tap water, it requires more maintenance. Over time, tap water can become cloudy and promote algae growth, requiring regular replacement. Distilled water, on the other hand, stays cleaner for longer and reduces the risk of contamination, lowering the frequency of maintenance.

How often should the water be replaced?

When using tap water, we recommend replacing it every few months to maintain clarity and hygiene. If you use distilled water, it will stay clean significantly longer and require less frequent replacement.

Is it necessary to add cleaning agents or chlorine tablets?

The use of harsh cleaning agents is not recommended, as they may damage the materials of the product. To provide extra protection against bacteria and algae, an appropriate amount of chlorine tablets can be added, but always follow the instructions in the manual.

Does water quality affect the performance of the product?

Yes, water quality can impact the clarity and longevity of the product. Tap water contains minerals and impurities that may cause deposits over time. Distilled water helps minimise this and ensures a long-lasting clear effect.

Can I use the product immediately after installation?

Yes, but make sure the product is properly assembled and filled with water before turning it on. Refer to the manual for specific installation and first-use instructions.

How do I drain and replace the water?

A water hose is provided to remove water from the product.

If the hose is bent or kinked, submerge it in hot water for one minute to straighten it.
Insert one end of the hose into the pump and the other end into the panel.
Hold the pump above an empty bucket and start pumping. Note: Even after you stop pumping, water may continue to flow. Bend the hose in half to stop the water flow.
Once the water level is low enough, you can lift the unit and fully empty it.

What should I do if the acrylic panel is cracked?

Do not dispose of the panel until you have received a replacement, as some parts from the old panel may be needed. In some cases, you may also be required to return the cracked panel to us.

Why are the air bubbles not moving?

If you notice that there are no air bubbles moving in the water, check the following:

Is the device properly connected and switched on?
Is the pump making a sound? If no sound comes from the base, the pump may not be functioning.
Check the adapter: is it warm? If so, the adapter is working. If it is cold, this may indicate a fault, and a replacement may be needed. Contact our product support team for a new adapter.
